The City of Love is the nickname for Qamishlo city in North East Syria. It is situated within the Cezira canton of AANES, The Autonomous Administration of North & East Syria.
Introduction
The emerging Teal concept was coined in the book Reinventing Organisations by Frédéric Laloux in 2014. Its concepts were constructed from research into more than 50 existing real-world organisations during the early 2000s that were exhibiting new, un-reported styles of organisation. Teal is observation & communication, rather than design & impose.
A women’s revolution
