30 mins drive outside the city is the little town of Marov. It is home to the Institutions of the surrounding 35 villages. There is a problem solving committee, a municipality, one of the Internal Security movements and the Womens offices.
2 huge men, at least 7ft tall, were sitting at the community Problem Solving buildings in the village when we arrived. One was the Responsible for the organisation, and the other was a famous ex-terrorist commander. Both gave big smiles as we entered, un-announced as always. When we said we would like to know more about how problems are solved in the community, Terr, The Responsible, immediately explained something, but we couldn’t understand. Dialects are very varied in real organic societies. After much confusion and finally asking the Internet, we understood the word “lawyer”. “We don’t like or use lawyers here!”
The problem solving system is the Ancient cultural system where families come together and try to understand the emotional problems that were in play. “There is always a solution” they explained. Again, as always, with big smiles. Terr was as friendly and full of love as he was big. His wife gave birth to their first daughter only a few days after and he spent several months with his family before returning to his duties. There is no rule or law or mathematical design for paternity leave. It is subjective.
The other 7ft tall man was a powerful terrorist commander in the war. He is now one of the hardest workers and supporters for this society based on Womans ideas. The woman, with genuine friendship in their hearts, had converted him.
